This site belongs to Jon Sneider and Hacking Advertising, Seattle, Washington. Here's what we collect, why, and what we do with it, in plain English.
What you give us. When you fill in a form on this site (for the reader bonus, to contact Wild Gravity, or to buy the ebook) we collect what you type: usually your name, email address, and sometimes your company and a note about what you need. If you buy the ebook, our payment processor collects your payment details. We never see or store your full card number.
What your browser gives us. Like most sites, we use cookies and similar tools to understand how the site is used, including the Meta (Facebook) pixel and standard analytics. These record things like the pages you visit, the device and browser you use, and roughly where you are.
To send you what you asked for (the bonus, the ebook, a reply). To let you know about Hacking Advertising workshops, programs and content you can unsubscribe from at any time. To respond to Wild Gravity project inquiries. To understand which pages and chapters readers find useful, and to run and measure advertising.
The services that run this site and our email: our CRM and website platform (LeadConnector / HighLevel), our payment processor, and our email delivery provider. Advertising platforms such as Meta, through their pixel, for measurement and audiences. Wild Gravity, if you ask about a project. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also email us and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will. You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works without them.
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no system is perfectly secure. This site isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information. If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
