When I first announced the formation of Wild Gravity I had ten people reach out to me that wanted to work on building this company. These were serious people with serious track records. No payment or equity was promised. Why did all of these people want to work on this, for free? Two reasons. First was my reputation. At this point I had nearly twenty years of experience leading massive campaign executions and I had developed a reputation of someone that always delivered, that was thoughtful, displayed integrity, and was fun to be around. Second, it was a concept born out of experience that resonated with industry insiders because everyone in the industry knew exactly how broken it was. In an age of glorification of startups and founders, experience is usually the last thing that is mentioned, but in reality it is the single most important factor in the relative success of a startup.
Wild Gravity is an exclusive network of senior marketing talent who have executed everything from grassroots social media content to global billion dollar advertising campaigns, as part of big brands and agencies. We know how to cut-out the BS and short-circuit the normal process to include only the most necessary elements.
For every engagement we put together a swat team with only the specialties necessary, and we bust out any and all of the materials a marketing department, agency, or production house, etc, would normally produce in a fraction of the time.
It saves marketers a lot of money, time, and pain executing campaigns, website builds, digital and social marketing programs. It’s a more efficient way to work…and frankly it’s more fun too.
